Dog Boarding
​
We cater to both small and large dogs in two seperate boarding wings. This ensures that no dog boarding with us feels intimidated by the size or temperament of our other guests. Each kennel room contains a water bowl and a non-allergenic trampoline bed. Just what our guests need after twice daily runs and play time in our exercise yards!
We have an individual exercise yard for every pet for all day use allowing your pet to have a care free romp in the grass with shade provided.

We're the only kennels in the Clarence Valley that offers premium pet food for all of our guests. Royal Canin premium dog food is provided daily and is included in the cost of your booking.

All dogs are required to have a current C5 vaccination (or a "5 in 1" vaccination) and must be treated for worms, fleas and ticks prior to arriving at the kennels. Any pet showing signs of fleas may require treatment before entering the kennels. Please bring your vaccination records with you to ensure we have our records up to date.

A full day charge is applied to your pets first day. A new day charge is applied thereafter from 10 am.

Aggressive Dogs
Please note we do not board dogs that show aggressive behaviour to people or other dogs.
We retain the right to refuse admission or to have owners organise immediate collection of dogs that we deem to be aggressive or anti-social at any time.
Pre-paid boarding fees will be refunded in these cases on a pro-rata basis.
Please advise of any behavioural issues at time of booking so we can assess your request before boarding to avoid disappointment.

The Cattery
​
The Cattery is located well away from our dog boarders allowing our feline guests a relaxed stress free stay. Your cat will enjoy daily visits to our cat play room or they can simply choose to relax in the jungle room in the sun. The choice is theirs to make as they make their way out of their rooms into the recreational zones. Your cat won't have to share this time with our other guests unless they are from the same family.

We're the only kennels and cattery in the Clarence Valley that offers premium pet food for all of our guests. Royal Canin sensible dry & wet food is provided daily and is included in the cost of your booking.

We also provide bedding, scratching posts and water bowls in each of the rooms along with a cat box. You are most welcome to bring along any special bedding you may have. Toys and comforters are also welcome. Please ensure they arrive clean and are clearly labelled.
